My name is James Egginton and I am a 22 year old conference producer based in London. In my spare time I enjoy watching DVDs and playing on the Xbox 360 as well as meeting up in the pub for a catch up with some friends

This set contains all the episodes across the entire 5 seasons of Alias. The packaging itself it quite nice as it does a good job at depicticting the work of Rambaldi, which is an important theme throughout the entire series. The main dissapoint I found with this set is that even though the box itself is well designed the individual seasons inside are exactly the same as the ones you can buy individually and so dont exactly match, unlike the same set in the US which have all the individual seasons repackaged so the entrie set matches.
The quality of the actual DVDs are what you would expect for the format. Season 5 has a very good transfer, probably helped by the fact that season 5 was filmed in HD format. Season 5 does have its problems though in the fact that it is only 17 episode long compared with the usual 22 that are found on each of the other 4 seasons. The last episode of season 5 also feels very rushed as though they tried to put too much into one 45minute episode.
That said this set is perfect for the fan who either only owns 1 season or non at all as it works out cheaper than buying all the seasons individually. If you have never seen Alias before but your a fan of series such as 24, X-Files, Lost I would strongly recommend you purchase this as this is, for the most part, a very strong series and worth owning.

I don't know what Alias is about and your review makes me none the wiser. I would suggest having a read around the site to see what level of detail people expect to see in a DVD review and then edit your review to include some more detail about the contents or extras, etc. Enjoy the site :)
