Advantages: Easy to follow; Fun Disadvantages: Not suited to more advanced fitness levels
...I certainly wouldn't call myself fat, but since having my daughter 3 months ago, I have some bulges in places I would rather not have them and I cannot quite fit into all of my old clothes.
I decided to use a fitness DVD because I haven't got the time or money to join a gym and I felt that a DVD fitness programme would be something that I could fit around my daughter and do when she is sleeping.
When I went into the shop to choose a fitness DVD, however, I was over-whelmed with the choice and to be honest, I didn't really know where to begin. I chose the Rosemary Conley DVD because the thought of 'getting back into those jeans' as advertised on the front of the case, was really my aim. Rosemary does a sort of 'in the middle' attempt but I do not blame her as she talks almost all the time!
All the new moves...

Advantages: For ALL fitness levels , max of twenty minutes daily, aerobic and toning exercises, variety. Disadvantages: Need to exercise everyday
...are people who are exercising at a more gentle pace and also at a more advancedlevel, so you can commence as a beginner and stay with the programme as you improve.
Similarly, if you are looking for a daily advanced workout - this should provide the answer.

Note - some sessions require handweights (or filled water bottles) and an exercise mat (or a towel).
As someone who has average fitness levels and a two dress sizes to lose, I have found that after three weeks I am still as keen to participate as I was on day one.
I am already seeing an improvement in both measurements and fitness levels and find completing the workouts that little bit easier as each day goes...
