age for British cinema. Against The Wind, released in 1948, comes from this legendary studio.Starring Robert Beatty, Jack Warner and Simone Signoret, it is the story of a diverse group of people from very different backgrounds, who were brought together in one of the strangest enterprises of the war.Sabotage was their job; sabotage organised from London in the form of macabre practical jokes as ingenious as they were injurious to the enemy. The work was overclouded with the constant fear of discovery by the Nazis - and what horror that would bring.

Advantages: Loveley Movies Disadvantages: Bad quality, predictable selection of movies
Ealing studios have a history which spreads across over a hundred classic films enjoyed by individuals around the world. Several Box sets have been released over the years and this ' Definitive Collection' seems to contain yet again the same small selection of films favoured in previous collections.
It would be nice to see a wider range of Ealings productions available, especially seeing as the Studios had and still have a massive fanbase for their work. The quality of the films themselves is terrible, and one would think that in the age of digital re mastering that something would have been done to touch up some of the more grainy and poor quality pictures in this collection. It would be wonderful to see a larger range of perhaps more diverse Ealing Studios Productions, or at least some remastered versions of these popular movies. ...
Advantages: Friendly efficient service, food adjusted to customers taste when necessary Disadvantages: Not as busy as it could be
Ealing Balti House is a delightful little Indian restaurant located in West Ealing which has been in operation since 1996. West Ealing is in West London and it?s not exactly one of the nicer parts of Ealing which is a shame as this restaurant gets easily overlooked when people think about dining in the Ealing area.
My husband and I found this restaurant quite by chance a few years ago as it?s walking distance from our home. We were somewhat surprised to notice it as we thought we?d tried out all of the Indian restaurants in the Ealing area over the years. Unfortunately it?s not in the best location in Ealing, it?s on the main road of the West Ealing shopping area but it?s right at the end so it?s easily missed as it?s opposite the local Kwik Fit and parking is only available on the single yellow lines outside the restaurant or across ...
