Aerobics Oz Style - Fat Burner Breakthrough (DVD)

Advantages: Easy to follow, great workout
Disadvantages: The inane smiling!

...I love doing exercise videos and DVD?s because firstly- no expensive gym membership, and secondly I don?t have to exercise in front of other people ? terrible flashbacks of gym class! I own a few yoga DVD?s but this one is buy far my favourite. I find yoga is too slow for my liking, but this one is a bit different, as it modifies yoga stretches to make them a bit quicker and more interesting. The DVD is split into the following sections, and as long as you do both the warm-up and cool down you can pick and choose which of the middle sections you do. ~About Aerobics Oz Style~ This is the second A.O.S. video I have done, the first being a fat burner video. Advantages: it is quite good fun and you do a different kind of exercise

...I always like Aerobics oz style and I have been following them on sky for a long time. When I bought this DVD it came together with others with different types of exercise and, to be honest, I was not sure what to expect from this one as Belly dance is not my favourite but I did try it and I quite enjoyed it. The presenters are quite good and you can follow the majority of the movements even if some are quite hard and I did feel a bit like a mannequin sometimes. However, it is quite good fun and it is nice to try something a bit different, especially when there is nobody looking at you and you can relax. In my opinion this is not a bad DVD but if you are looking for hard exercise or lot of sweatting this is not for you.... Read review

...For those unfamiliar with Aerobics Oz Style, it is Australia's most popular daily routine shows with over 40 million viewers worldwide. Each demonstration has 5 or 6 attractive ladies in the background, with an instructor at the front. The instructor changes on a daily basis, to provide variety in the routines. Each routine has a warm-up session, a toning session and a cool-down/stretch session. Along with the daily broadcasts, the team have also produced a number of video/DVD releases, of which Belly Dance Fitness is one.
