Advantages: Easy to follow, great workout
Disadvantages: The inane smiling!

I love doing exercise videos and DVD?s because firstly- no expensive gym membership, and secondly I don?t have to exercise in front of other people ? terrible flashbacks of gym class! I own a few yoga DVD?s but this one is buy far my favourite. I find yoga is too slow for my liking, but this one is a bit different, as it modifies yoga stretches to make them a bit quicker and more interesting. The DVD is split into the following sections, and as long as you do both the warm-up and cool down you can pick and choose which of the middle sections you do. ~About Aerobics Oz Style~ This is the second A.O.S. video I have done, the first being a fat burner video. Review of Aerobics Oz Style - The Spirit Of Yoga (DVD)

Different way to do some exercise and have fun

Advantages: it is quite good fun and you do a different kind of exercise
Disadvantages: some of the movements are a bit difficult

I always like Aerobics oz style and I have been following them on sky for a long time. When I bought this DVD it came together with others with different types of exercise and, to be honest, I was not sure what to expect from this one as Belly dance is not my favourite but I did try it and I quite enjoyed it. The presenters are quite good and you can follow the majority of the movements even if some are quite hard and I did feel a bit like a mannequin sometimes. However, it is quite good fun and it is nice to try something a bit different, especially when there is nobody looking at you and you can relax. In my opinion this is not a bad DVD but if you are looking for hard exercise or lot of sweatting this is not for you. ...

Gives you a Belly good workout

Advantages: Beautiful locations, great fun
Disadvantages: Non that I can see

For those unfamiliar with Aerobics Oz Style, it is Australia's most popular daily routine shows with over 40 million viewers worldwide. Each demonstration has 5 or 6 attractive ladies in the background, with an instructor at the front. The instructor changes on a daily basis, to provide variety in the routines. Each routine has a warm-up session, a toning session and a cool-down/stretch session.
