For those unfamiliar with Aerobics Oz Style, it is Australia's most popular daily routine shows with over 40 million viewers worldwide.
Each demonstration has 5 or 6 attractive ladies in the background, with an instructor at the front. The instructor changes on a daily basis, to provide variety in the routines. Each routine has a warm-up session, a toning session and a cool-down/stretch session.

In the UK, the show can be seen on Sky Sports.
Along with the daily broadcasts, the team have also produced a number of video/DVD releases, of which Belly Dance Fitness is one. I have always had a fleeting interest in indian culture, the music and dance telling a story, so when I saw this on the shelves of my local shop, I bought it to have a look.
Admittedly, being a bloke, I prefer to exercise in private otherwise I feel very self-conscious, but I find myself trying to find time to go through at least some of this enjoyable routine. The whole routine including warm-up and cool-down is just under an hour of excercise.
With regard to the quality of the exercise, the movements are all low-impact and well paced, but you can really feel your body working. The routine did make me ache a little a while after, but I think that was probably because I didn't do all the stretching exercises afterwards. Like all exercise patterns, it's important to cool-down properly.
Having used this routine a few times now, I feel fitter, and more agile. I also feel a little more confident that when I dance, I'm not looking out of place.
If you find that you struggle to stick to some of the other routines, I would ask you, try Belly Dance Fitness, it is such a fun workout that you it may be the one you come back to on a regular basis.
Highly recommended.

Advantages: good screen quality-good sound quality-good workout-good affordable price. Disadvantages: i cant think of any.
I really like this DVD for so many reasons because if you do the exercise properly you will see results really quickly.
I used to weight 16st 4pounds but when I did this routine for 1 month I lost 1st 2pounds.
The detail on the screen is really good and the sound comes through okay, their are no faults with the image quality or the sound. This DVD delivers a heart-pumping workout because instead of just staying in one place it makes you move around ...

Advantages: it is quite good fun and you do a different kind of exercise Disadvantages: some of the movements are a bit difficult
I always like Aerobics oz style and I have been following them on sky for a long time.
When I bought this DVD it came together with others with different types of exercise and, to be honest, I was not sure what to expect from this one as Belly dance is not my favourite but I did try it and I quite enjoyed it.
The presenters are quite good and you can follow the majority of the movements even if some are quite hard and I did feel a bit like a mannequin ...
