Adrenalin - Fear The Rush DVD

...Director Albert Pyun, who gave us the mesmerizing ADRENALIN: FEAR THE RUSH two years ago, can't do much with this by-the-numbers DIE HARD clone that's dully short on invention. All the plot points have been seen hundreds of times before, while the pacing and sense of immediacy are muted due to the predictability of everything. Action scenes are adequately staged, but the pacing is stagnant, making the 99-minute running time seem about 30 minutes longer than it really is. Advantages: Funny and Action Packed
Disadvantages: May not be fore everyone

...Crank is a crazy, mad and funny Adrenaline rush from start to finish. The story has enough twist and turns to keep anyones mind occupied if you need that kind of thing. However the non stop action scenes and comedy value can keep the rest of us entertained for the entire duration of the movie. Jason Statham plays this character as a funny version of his character in "The Transporter". The director uses all of his physical abilities to pull off the many action scenes in the movie and it works. It starts off with Chev Chelios being "Killed" by a chinese modified virus in his own house and he goes on a mad adrenaline fueled rampage to get revenge and figure out why this has happened to him. The diecting and filming of this movie is good and has some new and inovative features that sneak into the movie to highten the storyline and atmosphere... Read review

Advantages: A worldly adventure
Disadvantages: graphics and film aren't the best quality

...This is most certainly a film for adventure lovers. Indiana Jones travels into the depths of an ancient temple to recover a precious stone and the children of an East Indian village. The movie takes you on an emotional roller-coaster filled with fear, sadness, anticipation, and relief. I feel that it's the most exciting out of all the Indiano Jones movies. It has a far away feel that gives you the effect of being in the movie. And the story and directing is very good. It's one of those movies that leaves you with an adrenaline rush and feeling good at the end. Though it's somewhat older and the quality isn't as high tech as newer releases, this movie is categorized as a classic in my book!... Read review
