...The action starts right from the opening credits and you can feel the adrenaline pumping just sitting and watching. This film is about cars and speed. Not such a hot storyline, the plot is very similar to the first film. If you are not a car lover then this film is not for you, if you are a fellow girl or boy racer then it is well worth watching. The beginning starting off good, the middle was very slow and full of pointless storyline, but the last half hour was fantastic. The main disadvantage of this film is that the temptation to jump in your car and do a bit of street racing is too great. If you go to the cinema to see this then it is probably best to walk, safety first!!!!... Read review

...What on paper reads like any other sci fi movie, unsuppecting wise cracking hero (Bruce Willis) & sidekick (Milla Jovovich) take on supreme evil aided by Gary Oldman and save the world (again) is in reality "an adrenalin filled journey" - with "sumptuous visuals, stunt packed set pieces and spectacular explosions" For once the blurb on the back of the box is true. OK the story is not the most original ever, but the films humour, music, style, costumes and SFX (not in any order) more than make up for it. Who would have thought, a sci fi movie that has Opera.... Advantages: fantastic workouts
Disadvantages: not a great one to start with

...i found the dvds to be very strenuous, but a fantastic workout, especially if you join in with the shouting. the workouts vary and give you good general start to tae-bo. i managed to lose a lot of weight by using this dvd three times a week. fantastic adrenalin rushes. i found i quite hard at the beginning to keep up with billy blake, but over a period of a couple of week i found i could keep up and carry on for longer. i enjoyed using this dvd as the background people, are struggling and you can "see the burn" . the music is quite good, a bit repetitive in places, but it help with the combinations as you wait for certain beats i would definately recommend!...
