The year is 20XX when at long last Dr. Wily has been captured and imprisoned by Mega Man. Having foreseen such an occasion, Dr. Wily planned for a number of robots to search for him should there be no contact from their master. Dr. Wily is freed - and the Blue Bomber is called into action. With the SNES marking the beginning of the Mega Man X subseries, the original series - which started out on the NES - would see only to a sole SNES installment. This means the game plays like the Mega Man of old, despite being released around the same time as Mega Man X2. Right from the start of the first level the bold and colourful graphics, along with some of the animation, give this game a slight cartoon feel. The detail in the game is good and the variation throughout the levels is fair. As ever with these Mega Man games, there isn't a bad ...

Review of Mega Man 7 (SNES)

Mr Bean - Live Action DVD

Advantages: hilarious, Atkinson is a comedy genius
Disadvantages: only 3 episodes, expensive way to get the whole set

- Mr Bean attends a village gala and sees Teddy winning a dog competition! 3. Train Station - Don't ask how, but Mr Bean ends up in moscow, in a mail bag. I'll let you see the episode for more... Limited extra features on this dvd and include; The Library- Mr Bean causes havoc at his local Library. and also a tralier and pilot episode for the animated Mr Bean Series. Overall a 5 star rating. Yes I'm a bit miffed I couldn't buy the whole shibang in one go, but I still really like it. Recommened to any Mr Bean fan, I'm sure would make the bestest xmas gift idea. The DVD picture quality is just as good as the original if not slightly sharper, which is great for those of us whose eyes have deterioated. She's the Man dvd

Advantages: Really funny, feel-good film
Disadvantages: None that i can think of..!

I recently purchased this DVD after one of my friend's made me watch her copy, because I loved it so much! The plot is based on Shakespeare's play Twelfth Night, but is a more modern version with slight changes, obviously! The main character Viola (Amanda Bynes) is desperate to prove she is a good football player after being told she cannot join her school team because she is female. She plots to disguise herself as her twin brother Sebastian and take his place at his new school (whilst he is away with his band) to prove her football skills. She manages to convince everyone she is male (albeit a slightly odd one) - even popular girl Olivia gets a crush on her/him. Viola, however, has fallen for her roommate Duke (Channing Tatum :P ), who has been helping her with her football, but she cannot reveal this due to her disguise. All in all ...
