Advantages: Great tireless comedy Disadvantages: Not enough of it perhaps? I dunno
our Little Britain friends.
It does have one running sketch that appears in all episodes and that is the sketch were we have two writers musing about creating all these different masive things. In one episode they talk about creating religion and whether they should also create a spin off or not. In another they decide to to make some "things" with pointy out bits and some other "things" with holes to make the things easier stacked. wink wink.
There are some great hilarious charcters created, the rich farmer, the crack addicts who can't get enough of their "morish" drugs. We even have spoofs of films such as "The Beach" in it.
Another thing you'll notice when watching it is there are some jokes that seem to have been transferred over to Peep Show as well.
The DVD extras contain an Interview with the duo about creating ...

Overall a 5 star rating. Yes I'm a bit miffed I couldn't buy the whole shibang in one go, but I still really like it. Recommened to any Mr Bean fan, I'm sure would make the bestest xmas gift idea. The DVD picture quality is just as good as the original if not slightly sharper, which is great for those of us whose eyes have deterioated. Also good allround family entertainment, sure to go down a treat, especially when the dredful christmas telly comes on & all you have to ...
Advantages: Really funny, feel-good film Disadvantages: None that i can think of..!
I recently purchased this DVD after one of my friend's made me watch her copy, because I loved it so much!
The plot is based on Shakespeare's play Twelfth Night, but is a more modern version with slight changes, obviously! The main character Viola (Amanda Bynes) is desperate to prove she is a good football player after being told she cannot join her school team because she is female. She plots to disguise herself as her twin brother Sebastian and take his place at his new school (whilst he is away with his band) to prove her football skills. She manages to convince everyone she is male (albeit a slightly odd one) - even popular girl Olivia gets a crush on her/him. Viola, however, has fallen for her roommate Duke (Channing Tatum :P ), who has been helping her with her football, but she cannot reveal this due to her disguise. All in all ...
