"YOU DONT WANT TO MISS A THING"
Advantages: The whole film

A good, great, wonderful, amazing film. One that you can watch over and over again without feeling bored of it. I personally must have watched this film at least 20 times.
In the last 30 minutes of the film, that when the tears come, and they flow right to the end including the credits that play the Aerosmith song. You feel like you are experiencing everything with the team, you laugh and cry with them. A great cast, a great film, a great sountrack ...

One of the best action films of the 80s
Advantages: Excellent plot, Clever moves

Die Hard is one of the best action films and definitely one of the top 80s movie. It made Bruce Willis' career and the Die Hard series spawned 4 more movies - culminating to Die Hard 4 release in 2007. --- the BASICS --- Die Hard is an action thriller film released in 1988. ...THOUGHT --- (!!SPOILERS!!) The Die Hard series and many other action movies suffer from one thing - the main character is invincible. McClane took millions of bullets but is never killed - just mildly wounded (see Last Action Hero - an excellent spoof). Other than this Die Hard is anything but just another action movie. Great Action Movie
Advantages: The actors, storyline, length of the movie
Disadvantages: None
Well this has to be one of the best if not the best action movie i have seen, none others compare to it out there. The way the movie is planned out and the story line unfolds is gripping and the director has done a excellent job. There is not a lot of blood in this movie but its rated 18 because of the language and some scences of violence and the story line.
The main characters play their roles superbly its one of Bruce Willis's best performances. ...
...and i couldnt stop watching it. I really enjoyed this and as soon as i saw it i went and bought it on DVD as soon as it was out it is now one of my all time favourites.
If you like action movies then you must watch this as im certain you will enjoy it. ...

Who needs Christmas Crackers with Bruce Willis around? BANG!!

Bruce Willis thriller that's flawed but fun
Advantages: Action sequences are great, engaging characters.
Disadvantages: Ending is flat.
...solid cinema entertainment, with Hostage, 16 Blocks and Die Hard 4.0 all proving the dynamism of the actor. Despite the advancing years and receding hairline, Willis can still match his previous performances with the same gusto and authority.
