Advantages: Great movie for the first DVD
Disadvantages: The second and third DVD

Seriously, why did we need the last 2 movies? Ever heard of quit while you are ahead? Sure the animation and imaging is groundbreaking, but it fails when the story just seems to drag on until the writers seem tired of doing it over and over and over again. Like I said, Neo sailing in to the sky and Rage Against the Machine firing in to high gear would have been the best way in the world to have ever ended this "trilogy" of computer under-culture ...

An awesome, speedy thrill ride!

Advantages: Stunning visuals.
Disadvantages: Some comedy sequences aimed at children that get annoying.

The Wachowski brothers famous for the Matrix trilogy have created another screen gem in speedracer. A flashback to the popular 60's comic, Speedracer uses groundbreaking technology to give a live-action film a cartoon feel like it is bursting out of the comic onto the big screen. I watched this film in Blu-Ray and the shocking bright explosions looked even better than in the cinema. Ideal for kids and grown ups alike this feel is full of action sequences ...

Review of Speed Racer (DVD)

Great for fans of cars and if under the age of 8!

Advantages: Children will like it
Disadvantages: Weak story, predictable, hard to see the racing

Advantages: Jennifer Lopez's sexy body

Advantages: fun, thrilling, and full of spectecular special effects.
