IAM A NEW GLADIATOR
Advantages: IT IS VERY DIFFERENT FILM
Disadvantages: NONE
Gladiator was released in 2000, and directed by accomplished, legendary director Ridley Scott. The Roman epic starred, among others, Russell Crowe, Joaquin Phoenix, Connie Nielsen, and was also Oliver Reed's final movie before his passing. Indeed, Reed actually passed away before completion of the movie, which meant that some of his final scenes in the film were actually made using a double, which was digitally mixed with out-take footage of Reed. ...

Simply Brilliant- must watch
Advantages: sound, visual aspects, storyline
Disadvantages: i cant not fault any aspect of the film
Russel Crowe in this film was brilliant from start to finish. I could watch this film over and over again and i would be on the edge of my seat everytime.
We follow Maximus (Russel Crowe) a previous general in the Roman army plotting his revenge over the new emperor Commodius (Jaoquin Phoenix) for attempting to murder the general and for being murderer of his wife and son.

~ What We Do In Life Echoes In Eternity ~
Advantages: Captivating Story, Amazing special effects, Great acting.
Disadvantages: Quite long for those who get bored.

Gladiator is my all time favourite film so I thought id do a review would be a good idea. I first saw the film when my mum rented it when it came out at the video shops. As I was only 12 nearly 13 when the film was released in the cinemas I couldn't go as it is a 15. I think I have seen the film about 20 times now as I have it on DVD and I never get bored of watching it. It is a very long film but this doesn't put me off watching it ...

Can Heaven be this brutal?
Advantages: excellent story amnd acting,amazing effects, excellent music
Disadvantages: May be a little long for some
Balian de Ibelin is aggrieving blacksmith. His wife committed suicide when their baby died and she has just been buried. Balian receives a visit from Knight Godfrey de Ibelin and finds out that he is his father and Balian is asked to go with him on their journey to Jerusalem to find peace with God but Balian refuses. Not long after the priest comes to visit Balian and a fight ensues as the priest tells Balian that he had his wife beheaded as she ...
