God this is rubbish!

Disadvantages: Awful adaptation of a classic Alan Moore Comic book

I will begin the review with brutal honesty, if this film were a bird it would be a massively expensive wrapped turkey, if it were a football team it would be Newcastle United (no offence to Toon fans) and if it were a comic book it would be a million times better than this....oh it was!! The League of Extraordinary Gentleman is based on Alan Moore's brilliantly imaginative graphic novel of the same name, the premise of the film should lend itself ...

League of Extraordinary Gentlemen/Daredaveil

Advantages: Intriguing characters and wonderful spcial effects.
Disadvantages: You are left wanting to see more.

I have watched League of Extraordinary Gentlemen many times and have never tired of the intriguing characters and each of their 'special' traights. Or indeed the special effects; especially those of ' The Nautilus', makes me wish I could see it first hand for myself. If, like me, you grew up reading Marvel comics then watching Daredevil will be like re-newing an old friendship. It reminds me of the stories I once read and is also an enjoyable film. ...

Life Post Bond

Advantages: Lots of Sean Connery
Disadvantages: Lots of not very good Sean Connery

The legend of the extraordinary gentlemen

Advantages: Suitable for children
Disadvantages: Not relistic.

are you a super hero

Advantages: cheap and powerfull movies
Disadvantages: gives you false sense of super human strenghth

this is a great boxed set with three powerful movies which will have you on the edge of your seat well if im telling the truth i have only just bought this and havnt yet seen elektra.but the other two are awesome and i have heard elektra is good.ive seen daredevil about 10 times and lxg about 8.lxg is full of super heroes and is full of action from the start where as daredevil is about a blind kid who adapts himself to the city using his hidden strenghths ...
