Review of Die Hard With A Vengeance (DVD)

Im a big fan of die hard, and the quadrilogy is amazing!

Advantages: Action packed from beginning to end, brilliant price.
Disadvantages: maybe a little far-fetched for some viewers

...boxset contains all 4 up-to-date Die Hard movies. And if you havent seen them all they are brilliant, and the new Die Hard 4.0 is just that extra step better. It has included several other brilliant actors apart from Bruce Willis himself. And we all know that for Die Hard to be good it has to be full of far-fetched moves and actions and this one is the same as the others X10. Die Hard is full of action, violence and sly dogs who turn on their own people, and thats what makes me love them, they are all full of twisted storylines that will grasp every member in the audience. Advantages: All three films individually are great, the films as a whole are also great

I own the three disc box set, and Die Hard one individually and I have to say there really aren't many advantages to buying the three disc box set compared to buying the three films seperatly. Bruce Willis on top form

Advantages: Great films, nice extras, nice box.
Disadvantages: No Die Hard 4

After Die Hard 4's release last summer i felt compelled to buy the original films. The original trilogy still cuts the mustard even without lashings of CGI and such. The old tale of a renegade cop is nothing new but it was reborn in these films with not only great casting and the wonerful ham acting of Alan Rickman (Die Hard), but also great action and good solid film-making. ...watch over and over. I think the only possible let down for me is that Die Hard 4.0 (which i would recommend buying with this set and taking the weekend off) isn't included, but this isn't the end of the world. All in all a safe buy for action fans. ...

You need to buy this boxset.

Advantages: Too many to mention.
Disadvantages: Pity there isn't more.
