Robin Hood, Robin Hood Riding through the glen..............

Rain Rain Rain
Advantages: Action Packed thoughout
Disadvantages: No comments
I thought Hard rain was very good film. This movie is about a truck been robbed during a flood. The drivers are played by Christian Slater and Edward Asner. Morgan Freeman wants the money. The plot is basically-there is a bad storm and the town is evacuated. Christian Slater (tom)is in charge of rescuing £3,000,000 dollars, but a group of theives plan to get it off of him. Both Slater and Freeman play cat and mouse though out the movie. This movie ...
...as the hero. The action is excellent with explosions jet ski chases and of course shootouts. The plot is very original with some superb twists in the tale to keep you entertained. There are Good performances from Christian Slater and Minnie Driver. This movie is great if you like action movies, lots of special effects. Deadly impact

Great Idea, Mediocre Movie...
Advantages: It tries really hard to be a tense techno-thriller...
Disadvantages: ... but fails, mainly through poor editing and production style.
...I'm Chain Reaction starts off with an intriguing premise and goes downhill from there, despite trying really hard to be a tense techno-thriller. In The initial idea, of a new power-source being developed from water (we're not talking traditional hydro-power here though) - which supposedly has the capacity to use the hydrogen in small glass of water to power the whole city of Chicago for weeks -is brilliant. ...it's not bad. Chain There's a brain behind this film (somewhat a rarity for this genre), but unfortunately it's been rather lost in the translation. Jack Ryan vs Harrison Ford
Advantages: All Jack Ryan stories are together and in order
Disadvantages: Jack Ryan played by different actors
...Soviet nuclear sub heading for the US. The Government think he is going to attack but Jack Ryan (Alec Baldwin) thinks he wants to defect. Jack has a couple of hours to prove his theory before the US Government find the 'Red October' and blow it up.
Sean Connery is brilliant as usual but I found The Hunt for Red October very slow to start with, although it got exciting towards the end. *Patriot Games*
