The scenery in the film is beautiful, and the characterisation from Fleming is transferred very well onto the screen by Richard Maibaum, the screenplay writer. I have watched League of Extraordinary Gentlemen many times and have never tired of the intriguing characters and each of their 'special' traights. Or indeed the special effects; especially those of ' The Nautilus', makes me wish I could see it first hand for myself.
