Golden, Golden, Golden Bond
Advantages: 3 Great Films
Disadvantages: Rather expensive RRP on them in comparsion
Golden, Golden, Golden. Undoubtedly 3 of the best Bonds. First of all theres Goldfinger featuring evil arch villain (you guessed it) Goldfinger, has a strange obsession of murdering people by covering them in solid gold paint. Will Goldfinger succeed in his attempt to rob Fort Knox, surely not, but hey, it's Bond... anything can happen. The Second Golden film, this time, is the Man With the Golden Gun. Here new Bond Roger Moore, takes on new villain ...

The Complete James Bond, 'No Mr. Bond, I expect you to buy...'
Advantages: Good collection of films, iconic characters, stylish presentation
Disadvantages: Out-dated in its collection
THE JAMES BOND COMPLETE COLLECTION
I brought this a while back and I must say it is excellent. The presentation is top-notch, the silver briefcase just about the coolest DVD container in the world. It chronicles every film from Sean Connery's 'Dr. No' to the more recent Pierce Brosnan outing 'Die Another Day'. Of course it does not hold the newest additions, Daniel Craig's 'Casino Royale' and 'Quantum of Solace' but as these are generally new in ...
...watch, if not always for the story then definitely for the generational features. Think Roger more in his 70s safari suit, Sean Connery in his trilby. And then of course you have the women.
The big downside to this box set, of course, is that there's always going to be more James Bond films. It may not be in date for very long. Also the price is fairly steep, yet is falling due to the release of newer additions.

Is that case a killer or is it just a case
Advantages: Wow, more than a smashing case
Disadvantages: I already own some of these films!!

Like many Bond fans I already owned many of the films included in the case and so had to think twice about upgrading my Special Edition Bond collection to the Ultimate Edition. The age of some of the films meant that some of the DVDs I had were of poor quality the Ultimate edition features newly restored picture and soundtrack on each film and is easily worth the £200+ fee alone. In the titles (paricularly the earlier entries). Colours ...

I suppose what it comes down to is three questions
1. how much you love bond 2. Is it worth upgrading for the sake of better graphics (taking into account the price)
3. Can I fit the case next to my DVD player!! ...

Ultimate Bond films
Advantages: Fantastic films
Disadvantages: Somewhere to store it
The James Bond Collection is one of the best DVD box sets ever to be published.
It is the ultimate dedicate to Ian Fleming's and of course his most famous character, James Bond.

This is a must-have for every James Bond fan. Buy it; it's well worth it! I got this at half price about a year ago for Christmas. To be honest it has it good films and not so good films. I'm a Sean Connery fan so I like most of his films.
