Spider, The Trilogy... Light-hearted fun

Advantages: Kid friendly, easy top watch, likable hero
Disadvantages: 20 minutes of the third film are BAD. Not very scary.

This series is less dark than many of the other comic book movies. The sort of thing you don't even hesitate to let your kids watch. My 8 year old sister loves these movies. The first film shows the making of spiderman, with the Green Goblin as his main enemy. It follows the comic books pretty closely and Kirsten Dunst is a lovely MJ. The Dark Knight The Truth

Advantages: Picture, sound, story, characters, cast etc etc etc
Disadvantages: changes from full to wide screen Ion my ps3 dunno about actual blue ray player

Journey at a new dimension

Advantages: 3D effects, screenplay
Disadvantages: not a strong storyline, similar to Indy jones
