Fatal flying guillotines is the moving story of a man seeking revenge on a slightly older man. This older man, or the 'baddie', has mastered the skill of the fatal flying guillotines. This is basically the entire film but like so many kung fu films it's not all about the story. So, what can this film offer us besides the story?
