I enjoyed this despite the poor quality of the DVD.

Advantages: Good B-Noir
Disadvantages: Poor Sound and Picture quality

This is a film noir which I've waited a long to see after seeing stills from the film in many film noir books over the years. It was a B-picture made on a very low budget but you know I hardly noticed. I've watched many film noirs over the years and this has to be one of the best I've seen in a while. What really stood out for me was the superb hard boiled dialogue which really does a great job of lifting this out and beyond its budget constraints. ...
...several other B-noirs. Regardless of what you make of the plot which does seem get a some criticism, the dialogue really elevates this film beyond the ordinary. The DVD was a little disappointing especially with regard to sound which was for some reason too loud and distorted. Picture quality was poor but watchable. I first saw this film as a film student in Film and TV Institute of India in 1971. I was thrilled like most of the students. I did not have the oppurtunity to see this film after 1974(after graduating from FTII as Cinematographer). Since there was no video or internet at that time, film could be seen only in theatres. Moreover this film was not available anywhere except Film Archive of India. I lost the hope of seeing and showing the film to others ...

My free copy of the The Snows of Killimanjaro came free with a copy of the Times to celebrate the british Film Industries (BFI) 5th London film festival. The film came as a DVD. The Bigger the hit, the faster the rush, the Sweeter the revenge!

Advantages: Great action packed film, Great actors, Good storyline
Disadvantages: You may not be able to get into the story-line!

2012 true or wrong

Advantages: I believe in god so I do not believe the end of 2012.
Disadvantages: 2012 film is entertainment. so make it fun for our minds
