Advantages: The villain. Fonda's acting

Madigan is a 1968 film directed by Don Siegel starring Richard Widmark in the lead role. The film starts off and Dan Madigan and his partner Rocca Banero are two detectives who are about to bring a criminal Banesch in for questioning. However, things go wrong and Benesch escapes taking the detectives guns with him.
