Anaconda - A beast of a film
Review of Anaconda DVD by SamGB

Advantages: Innovative plot
Disadvantages: Slightly tired genre

...a very large snake (an anaconda no less), with a very cleverly thought out plot and lots of frightening action with a slightly far fetched scene where the snake eats a man in his entirety (as snakes tend to do) and then spits him back out; the man is covered in digestive juices then winks before collapsing to the floor. These kind of quirks make for a very innovative and eye-catching form of a genre, a pleasure to watch! ... Read review

Alias Season 3 - More great Alias episodes
Review of Alias - Series 3 (Box Set) by mummy2harry

Advantages: Great acting, fun viewing, good plotlines
Disadvantages: Not as good as previous seasons unfortunately

...is still enjoyable for any Alias fan. Jen Grner's acting and stunts are as always superb, as is that of the rest of the cast. Notably absent though are the scenes of Sydney's homelife, actually I did miss these scenes as it gave us a look into other areas of Sydney's life. This series is definitely much more work-focused. The series comprises 22 episodes, in a 6 disc boxset, retailing for around 30 pounds. You do get some extras including deleted ... Read review

E.M.E.T.I.B (Reverse It)
Review of Alias - Series 1-5 - Complete (Box Set) by DixieChick10

Advantages: Great show/Great cast
Disadvantages: A few bad seasons/episodes

...Abrams (the creator of Lost), Alias is an American spy-fi television series. It followed the pretty much unknown Jennifer Garner as Sydney Bristow as she dealt with being a CIA agent. It almost immediately shot her to stardom. The Plot Sydney Bristow seems like your normal 20 something, however her life is a lot more complicated than just being a English grad student. Sydney is actually a spy for a cell called SD-6, but later finds out that ...
...working for the very people she's been trying to take down. She becomes a secret agent for the CIA to take down SD-6. The Cast Jennifer Garner plays the double agent Sydney Bristow. She and her father have got a very estranged relationship as his job takes him out of the country for weeks at a time since her mother died. She is shocked to find out that he is also a double agent, and works alongside him to bring down SD-6. She has a on/off ... Read review

Review of Swordfish (Wide Screen) by mihir517

Advantages: fast paced,great action sequences
Disadvantages: a little confusing but gets better by the end

a lot of movies related to hacking are on streets but this one steals the show.reason being sheer class and the way action sequences blend with story as it progresses.JOHN Travolta is awesome just like pulp fiction and broken arrow. Hugh Jackman does justice too.picking up the d v d is a must 4 movie buffs as u wanna watch it again and again....the expressions r just perfect for every character played in the movie and u ll like to play one of the ... Love this film!
Review of Once Upon A Time In Mexico DVD by Kaddywyn

Advantages: Johnny Depp, great soundtrack
Disadvantages: A bit gory in places

...two films of this trilogy, Once Upon A Time In Mexico is a fantastic film in itself. The story is interesting and exciting. There are a few extra features: deleted scenes, featurettes about how the film was made and trailers. My favourite extra is where the director, Robert Rodriguez, shows how to make Sands' favourite dish - Puerco Pibil. It's also really interesting to see how the film was made with a small budget. For such a low budget film, ... Read review
