Modern classic.

Advantages: Rousing action sequences, excellent acting, beautiful score, fast paced, gorgeous cineamtography.
Disadvantages: Graphic violence may put some off.

Say hello to my little friend

Advantages: A classic gangster movie with brilliant acting
Disadvantages: A little laughable at the old fashioned parts in places

Smallville Season 4 - DVD Box Set

Advantages: The whole season in one set! Thrilling and exciting
Disadvantages: Waiting for Season 5

To buy this DVD collection you must have seen Season 3 and it takes off with a bang! The episodes are thrilling and all relate to one another building up to a season that ends in a super climax. Clark's character develops even more than in previous seasons and the introduction of Lois Lane may leave some Superman fans bemused, but she lifts the action packed season to another level. ...the DVD set are average with commentary for only three episodes and the only problem with the DVD set is the audio encryption is 2.0 and should really be 5.1, especially for the small moments of high packed action. This though, does not make me enjoy such an excellent DVD set any less and leaves me waiting for Season 5. It is definitely worth the buy for all Superman fans and especially those who enjoy the TV series. ...

Review of Smallville - Series 4 - Complete (Collector's Box Set) (DVD)

Alias but disappointingly not like I know it

Advantages: Great acting by Jen Garner and cast
Disadvantages: Missed Vaughn's characters, ending felt somewhat rushed

...been a big fan of Alias since Season 1, so much so that I order all the DVD boxsets from Amazon.com so I get them before they are released here! I think Alias Series 5 had both low points and high points, so here goes my review.
