Review of Die Hard Trilogy (Collector's Edition) by
sbrown833
Advantages: FUn
Disadvantages: None
...soon 15 th June. In die hard with a vengeance samuel l jackson nearly steals the show with a fantastic performance as zeus a shop worker turned side kick for bruce willis, as he gets dragged on a mission of riddles by the bad guy from the 1st movies long lost cousin or something like that, the 3rd movie is probably the best, although now with die hard 4.0 available this needs to be transformed into a quadrilogy, bruce willis looking a bit past it ...

A review on Lord of the Rings DVD
Review of The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy (Extended Editions) by
delc1234
Advantages: Good cinematic effects, graphics and landscape
Disadvantages: A little too long
...good and evil, Lord of the Rings had outdone many other shows, bagging acclaimed awards and leaving people hungry for more. It is able to blend a kind of fantasy- like orcs and goblins, mages and wizards with a very rustic and ancient setting of Middle East, The Shire, Mordor, and other architectural sets. It leaves us gasping and transfixed in our seats, for every battle, every story stimulates the senses, coupled with good humour and wisdom. This ...

Changing with Bionic leaps and bounds
Review of The Six Million Dollar Man: Series 2 (Box Set) by
Timbo3107
Advantages: The most memorable stories
Disadvantages: Introduction of aliens
...welcome to my review of the second season of The Six Million Dollar Man. With Season 2 originally being broadcast in the US from the 13th September 1974 through to 27th April 1975. The Six Million Dollar Man had captured audiences across the nation. Season 1 had been a veritable success in terms of network rating and potential merchandising sales in the US bloomed and exceeded expectations. Therefore it was only reasonable that another run would ... ...lot changes were afoot with the ambiance of the series, new things were being experimented with within the broadcasted episodes and potential spin off’s were being planned. Already the marketing and merchandising from Season 1 had a range already on the shelves of toy shops, mainly including the 12” action figures of Steve Austin, Oscar Goldman and Maskatron, which was the robot from the fourth episode of Season 1 called ‘Day of the Robot’. Note: ...

Hornblower collection
Review of Hornblower Complete Collection (Box Set) by
mazuk88
Advantages: Big gun-ho adventure following many exciting charecters
Disadvantages: Could show more epic scenes showing big battles.
...form of the brave Horation Hornblower a midshipman who is sea sick and a very quiet and vulnerable young man throughout the episodes you see him prove him self time and time again in the face of danger ranging from fighting onshore blowing up coast batteries and fighting skirmishes of the coasts of europe and africa. There are many famous officers played in this collection for example Sir edward Pellew commander of H.M.S Indefatigable who has personal ... ...gained and it almost feels like a father-son relationship.
If you are interested in the royal navy and want to see a man rise through the ranks and prove himself in an sea-bourne adventure that will make you keep watching and excited at every oppurtunity when ever a cannon is fired this is your collection! ...

Indiana Jones Trilogy - A Must Have
Review of Indiana Jones - The Adventures Of Indiana Jones (Box Set) by
Jammie87
Advantages: The Last Crusade, Bonus Disc, Price
Disadvantages: The Temple of Doom
A truly great trilogy of films which everyone should own. The box-set brings together the 3 films and an extra DVD of bonus features, and can be found for very cheap online or in-stores. Of course the Last Crusade is the best of the 3 followed closely by the Raiders of the Lost Ark, but all 3 provide a great combination of action and comedy which i feel the Crystal Skull seemed to miss. While some may wait for the 4th film to be released in a new ...
