After Die Hard 4's release last summer i felt compelled to buy the original films. The original trilogy still cuts the mustard even without lashings of CGI and such. The old tale of a renegade cop is nothing new but it was reborn in these films with not only great casting and the wonerful ham acting of Alan Rickman (Die Hard), but also great action and good solid film-making. ...watch over and over. I think the only possible let down for me is that Die Hard 4.0 (which i would recommend buying with this set and taking the weekend off) isn't included, but this isn't the end of the world. All in all a safe buy for action fans. ... Read review

This Film Is Fantastic, I Have Seen All The Others Aswell, But i think this first one has to be the best, this dvd is a two disc eddition,the second cd has alot of features ,featuring interviews, the behind the scenes making of the film,all the work and effort that has gone into the making of this film, I would recommend this film to anyone that is a johnny depp fan, he plays a really funny character in this film and keeps you laughing throughout, ... ...My personal favourite is die hard with a vengeance, but die hard 1 and 2 are both great as well. Probably the three greatest bruce willis films out there, and bundled together in a boxset for you. Die Hard 8/10 Die Hard 2 7/10 Die Hard with a vengeance 9/10 Recommended for those that enjoy fast paced action films, bruce willis, thrillers.
