Ace Ventura Pet Detective is about a man called Ace (Jim Carrey) who works for the police force as a pet detective. His job involves investigating crimes against pets. The role of Ace is played perfectly by Jim Carrey as he has all of the laugh out loud comedy that a film like this needs. The storyline is well thought through, interesting and easy to follow. In this film Ace goes on the hunt for a missing dolphin which has been stolen from American football team the Miami dolphins. The dolphin is their mascot and it is up to Ace to find the missing dolphin and save the day for everyone. I would rate this film 9/10 as this film has all the makings of a great watch!
