Positive Points: It is fun, funky and sassy and the choreography once put together is pretty good for beginners. Paulette goes through each section slowly and explains the moves well, and of course there is always the option to pause/rewind anyway. The choice of music is good, each section isnt dragged on and you do feel a sense of achievement when you get each section right (and in time to the music!)
Negative Points: If you are thinking of buying this DVD to get fit, or are used to this type of dancing/have done a few classes etc in the past and are after something more complicated and energetic, then it probably isnt the best choice. I used to dance competitively across the country in similar styles to this one, and the routines are fairly basic, and I dont think it ...

Let me start by saying that i am a mahoosive MUSE fan and i really wanted to go to see them at glastonbury as i just knew it would be an amazing gig. So i took the less hassle option of waiting for this DVD to be released after the concert!
Muse have been around since 1996 and from then on they have wowwed audiences all around the world and have been officially labelled as "the best band live" which i would 100% agree with after seeing them perform. The band concicts of Matthew Bellamy on Vocals, Guitar and piano - Dominic Howard on drums and Chris wolstenholme on Bass and vocals and piano for the odd song too. Advantages: Demonstates the first form and the less known Arrow punch form. Disadvantages: The instructions are given via voice over.
This dvd teaches the beginning syllabus for the Wing Chun system in the Lee Shing lineage. The dvd is split into several chapters each describing a different aspect of the Wing Chun style.
The dvd begins with some basic exercises and body conditioning techniques and then shows all the moves needed for the beginning level of Wing Chun. The first form of Wing Chun "Sil Lim Tao" is then demonstrated and shown slowly with instructions to help you learn the form. The applications of this form are then shown to help you understand the purpose of the first form.
The "Arrow Punch" form is then demonstrated at full speed and then slowly with instructions to aid in the learning process. The dvd then shows sparring techniques.
The bonus section contains a mirror image demonstration of the Sil Lim Tao form to again help you to learn ...
