What can i say about this? I bought this thinking it would be a little bit of fun and also hoping to tone up a little. I was very disapointed to say the least. It was quite boring if im honest although probably not for men lol. You also needed props like a feather boa, gloves, chair and hat etc, which i didn't happen to have lying around the house lol. There wasn't really any good music in the background to dance to either. The setting didn't look very sexy or classy either. I tried this once and have never done it again. The only good thing i can say about this that probably the men will like it more than women, abi is a great and i think this dvd didn't do her any justice. I certainly wouldn't recomend this to anyone. And i dont think the moves would help you tone up either as there too slow and arent using muscle really. But everyones different and you might like it.
