...This has got to be my all time favourite film – I could watch it over and over again and never bore of it – it is such a classic film. Watch Kate Winslet play a society girl who is saved from committing suicide by a penniless rogue played brilliantly by Leonardo di Caprio – while on board the ship’s doomed maiden voyage. This film is really well put together and the whole set is the double of the actual ship which was doomed while on its maiden voyage in 1914. Donkey (the hillarious Eddie Murphy) and the smooth Puss In Boots (Antonio Banderas...

...Frequency is directed by Gregory Hobbit and stars Dennis Quaid. It tells the story of a new York policeman who is a bit of a brooding loner. We soon find the reason for this, his father’s death thirty years in the past. The cop starts playing round with an old CB radio and finds that he can communicate with his dead father. From there on things take rather a strange turn.
This sounds like quite a weird film and I have to admit it is not really my cup of tea. Although if you are into, erm, I dunno, spiritualism you might like it....
