When i heard this was coming out i wanted to read the book first so i did then i was worried that it could be bad but Richard Linklater did the book proud a couple of things were different but i loved the effect of rotoscoping it made the film so trippy kind of like when i read the book. I liked the fact that Richard Linklater used actors who have taken drugs as i feel it added to their performants This film changed by whole view on life as because of this film i discovered PHILIP K. DICK I loved watching the effect of substance death effect those characters, how even the simple confused the hell out of them but then you feel for them as everything starts to slide and split turning faster and faster till nothing but the shell of someone is left. It was quite touching to see the rememberance kept too. Everyone shpould read at least one Philip K. Dick book
