Blade

to walk out during daylight. Blade is a very lonely character, who has so much anger in him, he doesn't have a true identity, and cant call himself either a human or a vampire, he's an outsider. Abraham Whistler Whistler is Blade's right hand man, his mentor and his father of sorts. When blade was young he came across Whistler, who was about to kill him, but changed his mind, trained him to become a slayer, and have had a great relationship ever since. Without Whistler their wouldn't be no Blade, and without Blade their wouldn't be no Whistler. I loved this film, thought it had everything needed to make a great action film. Blade dvd

Advantages: Hi packed action scifi Classic
Disadvantages: none

Blade is the first in a series of a trilogy of films it tells the story of how blade was born (the super hero vampire slayer from marvel comics) and how he becomes what he is a daywalker a being with vampire abilities but one that can walk in the sun and has no weaknesses ,he works with his friend who helps him build weapons to fight the vampires ad also produces a drug to sedate his urges to kill himself this particular film sees a new vampire looking to be in charge and also wanting blades abilitys, never fear though blade knows what hes up to and sets out to turn him to dust I have really enjoyed all three of the films all starring Wesley snipes,he plays the cool collected blade memorably and makes it a compelling movie to watch. The soundtrack and special effects are top notch and the whole cast keeps you wanting more luckily they ...

Review of Blade (DVD)

A Man Called E

Advantages: His unique voice!
Disadvantages: This is his first album, he got better with time...

This is the second review I have written of an album by the singer E (Mark Oliver Everett), and is the first of the 2 solo albums that he released in 1992. I wrote another review of the album because like I guessed, many people seemed to have not heard of E releasing solo albums before he created the group Eels, who were publicised to a much greater extent. I heard music from Eels about 6-7 years ago when my friend introduced me, and once I had collected some of their albums (I now have them all), I found online by chance that E (Mark Oliver Everett ? the lead singer of Eels) had brought out some solo albums before creating Eels. A Man Called E was the first solo album brought out, followed by Broken Toy Shop. It attracted me when I saw it, as the front cover to the album is of E sitting at a baby toy piano which I thought was ...
