Start the day with a yoga routine that will gently awaken and revitalise for the day ahead. Plus a de-stressing, relaxing yoga routine for the end of the day.
Advantages: Relaxing, unchallenging, good if you're short on time Disadvantages: Lack of content, bit too easy
This DVD has two different 20-min workouts with two different presenters, both set in beautiful locations.
Its quite a gentle workout with emphasis on the meditative side of yoga, so its perfect if you are a beginner looking to practice yoga for both body and mind, and don't have much time to spend.
Personally I was a bit disappointed as the website I got it from didn't specify that it was for beginners! I was looking for something more challenging, so I've only watched it once. Half the 20 minute session you seem to spend just breathing and relaxing. But as I say, good if you are looking for something more gentle.
There are lengthy interviews with the presenters on the dvd, which I found strange as the amount of actual yoga content was very little in comparison (dvd run time is 100 minutes with only 40 minutes of that on the 2 ...

If one is interested and serious about taking up Yoga then this is the right DVD to get one started..The video demonstrates the basic postures or asanas clearly and gives tips on getting them right....
This DVD is perfect for Beginners and especially for those over 40, as many of the other 'ASANAS or Postures, mentioned in most other DVDs are meant for younger and fitter people...whereas the Aasanas shown here are easy to follow for anyone regardless of age...
The instructions by the Yoga Master is very helpful ...
Advantages: Quick and easy Disadvantages: not many in bag
them in some shops for approximately 30p each. This makes them more expensive, but at least you try them before committing to a bigger bag.
Now for the down side. I?m not going get to carried away and measure them, but each Bite is approximately ½ an inch square and you get 29 to a bag, which sounds a lot more than it looks. As I said they are enjoyable, as long as you have a sweet tooth that is. I think a lot of people may find them too sweet. They also make me a little thirsty.
The a:m range also includes: - Muffin Bars, Morning Slices and Musili Fingers, but I haven?t tried them yet.
At 149 calories per bag, for such a small amount, I would not recommend trying them if you?re on a diet.
Enjoy!
