...of humour are fired continually into your stomach. The nefarious Blackadder's treatment of Baldrick is hilarious. Despite my dislike for slapstick, I was even amused by its usage in the thirdseries. The overall tone of the fourth series differs greatly, and although I'm one for ending on a high, I loved the way the series was used as a commemoration for the gallantry of the First World War soldiers, nicely showing real life situations with a sombre tone, whilst still creating acceptable humour. The care that must have been used to construct the plots and find the right balance between not causing offence, humour and factual accuracy is immense, and I complement the writers of "Blackadder Goes Fourth" for a fine end to a fineseries.

...~~~Introduction to Roswell~~~
In 1999, a television programme based on the Roswell High series of books premiered in October 1999 to much critical acclaim. Unfortunately, the ratings weren't that great, and the show seemed near cancellation. In the U.K., the show aired on BBC2, and I don't think the third season was even aired, making the series' release on DVD even more exciting.

...I have rated Two Pints excellent for the following reasons, series by series laugh out, romance, comedy, friendship. The series I first watched on bbc3 but had to get the dvd as it really is that good to watch over and over again. The two pints gang consists really of gaz, donna, jonny and janet, the series shows the friends go through lifes typical ups and downs and this is were the comedy comes in, jonny jobless with a crazy obsession for jammie dodgers and the sexy aroma that comes from them and building jammie towers is great when janet knocks them over. I would say that Two Pints is best suited for ages groups 15-25 as the humour in it is pure stupidity and would appeal to the younger generation alot more than older people. All in all a highly reccommeded dvdseries....
