Advantages: Fantastic for teaching the alphabet and word association Disadvantages: It's a big book - quite bulky to carry around

The book is the same size as the other one (slightly bigger than A4) and again, its brightly coloured on the cover with loads of lovely pictures on the inside, to attract attention and keep the concentration. As with the first book (123), the ABC book starts off with a rhyme but there is no rhyme on each page, just the beginning of the book.

He also loves pressing keys on my PC and hearing stories and playing games on the CBeebies website and as this had helped him with counting - thanks to a very annoying Teletubbies game - they thought this would be ideal.
Dr Seuss is well known to most parents ...
