more...flings rarely last past the morning. One day, whilst eating breakfast at a local eatery, he sees Lucy - played by Drew Barrymore - and strikes up a friendship. They become firm friends immediately and agree to meet the next day. Unfortunately when the next day arrives, Lucy can't remember ever meeting Henry and he soon discovers that, following an accident, she suffers from short term memory loss. Her family and friends help by recreating the same day over and over. To Henry, Lucy is worth the effort, so every day he has to woo her again and again and trust that she falls in love with him every time.

this movie is like a much awaited sequel to the wedding singer ,barrymore and sandler together again in another mushy love type movie , great film with adams comedy element all the way through ,as usual a few of his normal bunch acompany him in the movie , the movie deals with the ups and downs of a relationship between two strangers when adam turns from gigolo into a one woman man building a relationship with someone with a short memory span gets some great laughs , i saw it in the cinema and bought the dvd upon release would recommend this movie to people of all ages i could not fault this movie at all its a great feel good movie
