Advantages: Great car scenes Disadvantages: Poor plot, a bit cliche
...attractive woman. Yes, "2 Fast, 2 Furious" does feel like you have watched it before and that is mainly because all of the elements of the plot are as old as the hills. Numerous films have worked these elements to a much greater extent and added their own twists, where as "2 Fast, 2 Furious" fails to add anything new to the formula and ends up being completely predictable.
With such a predictable plot you would expect this to be a monotonous bore, ... ...way he directed "2 Fast 2 Furious", he may not have made a great movie but he has done a good job with what he had. Personally I feel that he was dealing with a pretty weak script, so instead of trying to make something out of nothing, he gave the majority audience what they wanted, fast cars, fast action, more fast cars and a few beautiful people and did I mention the fast cars. Advantages: good film to watch Disadvantages: no real story that holds you watching
2 fast 2 furious is obviously the folow on from the movie fast and furious, to completely understand the storyline you are better off watching the first film before watching this one but if you just want to watch this one you will still be able to enjoy it as the storyline isnt hard to follow.
Paul Walker returns in this film as the police officer Brian Oconner who has been stripped of his badge, he teams back up with ex con Tyrese as he takes the ... ...transport a shipment of dirty money for a dodgy miami based importer/ exporter. During all of this he is actually working under cover for mendes to bring vernon down in an attempt to get his job in the police force back, to see if he suceeds you will have to watch the film.
This is an action film that will appeal to any boy racer or car enthusiast out there, the story line to this film isnt brilliant but the acting is good and is a good way to pass ...

A superb film, one of the best ever i must say that has car scenes that are unforgetable.. you have to buyy this dvd as its under a tenna and even though it may be a little old now, it still has some great acting performances from both the 'heroes' and the 'villains'!!! tyrese gibson and paul walker both work fantastically together as mates who fell otu when paul walker grassed him up to the police about an incident which meant he had to be on house ...

A chance at redemption arrives when the fuzz recruits him to investigate Carter Vellone (Cole Hauser), a top-dog street racer with dangerous drug connections. O'Connor recruits his bickering childhood pal (model/singer Tyrese), now a nitro-burning ex-con from the Diesel school of toughness, to help him pull the bad guys to the curb with a tyre-spinning vengeance. John Singleton (BOYZ IN THE HOOD, HIGHER LEARNING) directed, and obviously had great fun delivering, a straight-up racing thriller that's free of the message-bearing pressure of being a John Singleton film. 2 FAST fairly roars off the screen with comic book exuberance and a cheerful disregard for anything that gets in the way of its forward momentum. Best of all is Tyrese, a natural, laid-back star he's not afraid to poke fun at his own shirtless model-boy image and amply compensates for the mighty Vin's absence. Rapper Ludacriss is also memorable as O'Connor's mechanic, as is model Devon Akoi as a cute female racer.
