24 is a completely orignal and innovative Television experience. After the first 3 or 4 hours you will not be able to put it on. I originally missed this on Sky one and so rented it after been told I had to see this show. After the first 4 hours I was so eager to see the next episode I went out and bought the DVD box set.
Kiefer Sutherland's makes his comeback in 24 and boy what a comeback. He is exploding as federal agent Jack Bauer.
The show has more twists and turns than your average thriller, with superb performances by the entire cast
All 24 episodes leave you shouting at the TV while gripping your seat, and gritting your teeth. Elisha Cuthbert and Carlos Bernard give both male and female viewers a bit of eye candy as well. What more could you possibly want!
I will admit that with season one you will need to watch the first 2-3 episodes to get into it, as you need to get to know the character to fully appreciate the intensity and drama surrounding the CTU and Jack Bauer, however after the initial 2 or 3 episode you will be addicted!
Do Not watch it and hope to that everything will work out ok, as it isn't that sort of show. you will laugh, you will cry, you will scream at your TV, you will go through 24 hours in this state.

For a 6 disc box set you could do with including more information, particularly about individual characters and episodes. In addition, you do not mention any extras which come with the DVD.
