Advantages: Sound and picture quality is fantastic Disadvantages: Limited special features
...for the first time, you seem to forget that the film is almost 30 years old. The sound and quality of the film is still there, infact, it is an improvement of how it use to be in 1976!
One plus point has to be the english subtitles, so if you struggle with your hindi, then this is the way forward. However, one thing I have to say is that the subtitles do not do justice to the translated language. The emotions and feeling are missing from the subtitles and make the film seem corny.
In regards to the special features included, the exclusive interview which Karan Johar (upcoming Director, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum) takes of Yash Johar is purely splendid.
However, let me point out that this is mainly the only special feature you will get with the film, which is a bit of a let down.
Overall a great film and a must have...

Advantages: 30 years of maximum rock'n'roll! Disadvantages: none whatsoever, nada, zilch, nowt.
...There are 2 versions of this DVD box set - the 'normal' one has 2 discs and the 'collectors' edition has 3 discs, this review is for the collectors edition.
AC/DC.... for most rock fans the name conjures up many images and memories... guitarist Angus Young and his trademark schoolboy outfit and bluesy solos... Bon Scott's cheeky on (and off)stage persona and raucous vocals... the double entendre laden lyrics from both singers.... Brian Johnson's Geordie accent and flat cap... the Hell's Bell, thecannons..., Malcolm Young's stunning rythym guitar, Cliff Williams and Phil Rudd's thundering bass and drums.. and most importantly, the sense of fun an AC/DC concert always was... All of these and much, much more, are to be found on this superb 3 DVD set.
For those of you not in the know, the music of AC/DC has always been straight ahead hard...

What makes this concert rather interesting is the material he plays from the early days rather than in recent years, a real treat for hardcore fans. Another DVD features rare unseen material from 1970-2006. It includes the oldest known film of Elton from Swiss TV, singing Border song. There is also film of Elton & the band from the Royal variety performance in London in 1972 singing a 'wooden' version of Crocodile rock. Also rare material from Edinburgh sung live in 1976 & from the Royal festival hall, London in 1972...
