He uses a number of different etudes (short pieces to demonstrate a certain style or technique) that most guitarists find difficult, including sweep picking, "inside the string" picking, legato and alternate picking. He also does these through scalar and arpeggio examples. There is a fantastic section where he plays a number of 1-2 bar sections, and shows you how to connect these simple ideas together to form a lead line. All these examples increase in difficulty, but he never throws you in at the deep end, he always plays them slowly and emphasises the importance of steady consistent practising. Advantages: An excellent first DVD release by the band

...This is the CD/DVD release of the Fallen Tour, released in November 22, 2004. There are 13 live songs with the addition of a studio recorded unreleased song from the Fallen album as one of the many bonus materials. Every song on the Fallen album is sung in this DVD live with additions of Korn Cover Thoughtless, and the Fallen B-Sides: Breathe No More (Live), Farther Away (Live) and Missing (Bonus Studio recording). To date, the live album has sold more than 1 million worldwide, with the addition of a CD format of the live event. The first song performed is "Haunted".
