12 Reasons To Scream (DVD)

Advantages: Good features for playing movies,and entertainment
Disadvantages: Internet connection sometimes slow at peak times

...In my opinon,this is a great product to use. The laptop has a wide screen and has a wireless connection . It has a big memory,great for uploading pictures from Digital Cameras,installing Yahoo,Windows Live Messenger,Skype etc,and also boasts HD quality and Dolby Digital Sound System,and a DVD function for playing movies. The product comes with Windows Media Player,Real Player ,Yahoo Mail,Mozilla Firefox&Internet Explorer.You can install Google Earth etc and get good quality graphics from the laptop,so is also suitable for gamers. It also charges quite quickly and is efficient.I would recommend installing a security system ,as when browsing the internet this can protect your computer from virsues,junk and spam. However,it isn't easily portable,as it is a large product,and i wouldn't recommend carrying it around all day.The interntet... Read review

...Scream 2's initial release on dvd was an underwhelming affair. If you had the R1/R2 version all you got was a widescreen print of the film, not 16x9 enhanced and devoid of any extras. Well now that situation has been redeemed with the release of a collectors edition of the film. In R1 land it's available in a bix set and is anamorphic. The same goes for R2 except that some clever guy forgot to include an anamorphic transfer. Yep this means that those without multi-region get screwed again. Personally I think Scream 2 is the better of the trilogy. It's just a more glossy well orchestrated film that has laughs but thanks to a larger canvas and locations gets better scares. Don't agree ? Then take a look at the killer's stalking of Gale in the recording studio or the taunting of Randy on the cellphone. Both of these rack up... Read review

Advantages: Monsters & Fenella Fielding

...By a country mile this is most definately my favourite Carry On film for many different reasons. It used to scare the heck out of me as a child (I remember having nightmares about it several times after seeing it as a very young boy) but as I grew older I found Fenella Fielding extremely sexy and enjoyed watching it for her amazing performance. This is the Carry On teams take on classic British Horror, emulating such greats as Hammer Studios. They give us Frankensteins, Werewolves & a Mummy. This is one of the more unusual Carry Ons as we don't have Sid James (who was away doing theatre at the time), Hattie Jaques or Barbara Windsor. Instead the male lead is played by Harry H. Corbett (better known as Harold Steptoe) despite being written for Sid James, the character is even called Sidney Bung but to maintain a Sid James type... Read review
