I have bought a good many exercise videos and DVD's in my time, many of which have been used a few times before I've grown bored of them and they have ended up gathering dust somewhere. However, I have had this DVD a few months now and I think it's fantastic! If like me you have a busy life style and need to fit a lot into your day, then this DVD is perfect.
I really love the fact that it is broken down into manageable bit size sections. There are 5 sections in total each lasting 10minutes.
The sections are:
1 Pilates for abs
2 Pilates for buns and thighs
3 Sculpting Pilates
4 Pilates Burn
5 Pilates for flexibility
The Pro's:
- Obviously you can chose how long you want to work out for. When you're pushed for time, you can just do a 10minute section and you still feel like you have at least done ...
Advantages: DVD options, good workout, quick & easy to do. Disadvantages: Can be confusing, not entertaining
10MinuteSolution - Pilates Perfect Body is an exercise DVD based around Pilates. There are five '10minute' workouts targetted at different areas of the body, these are;
* Pilates Perfect Arms
* Pilates Perfect Belly
* Pilates Perfects Buns & Thighs
* Pilates Perfect Silhouette
* Pilates Perfect Stretch
On the main screen, there are three options to choose from. The first is 'play all workouts'. This enables you to go through each of the 10minute workouts all in one go, in the order above. There is also the option to 'select workout' so you just select one workout to do out of the 5 (there is also the option to select the introduction, but once you've seen it, there's no need to see it again. The final option is 'customise workout' so you can choose which order you want to do the workout in. You also have the option to just ...
Advantages: You can pick which part of the workout you want to do.... Disadvantages: ...which may encourage you not to do the whole thing!

It's great if you don't have enough time to do an hour's exercise a day, because you can select which exercise you want to do, or if you've got a particular part of your body you want to tone up, you can just focus on that part. OR you can combine every session to make up a full 50 minute work out - ouch!
