My mother purchased this DVD for me a couple of years ago, as she knew that I like using fitness DVDs. I have to say, I particularly didn't like this DVD, even though it has ten different fitness programmes in one. Some of the programmes were quite old, they looked like they were set in the 70s because of the camera format, the lycra suits and big hair.
I didn't break out a sweat while working out with this DVD, it wasn't challenging enough for me, and dare I say, too easy. I found the programmes dull and not motivating enough.
However, the programmes would be great for those who prefer to do gentle exercise or new mums who gave birth recently and want to get in shape, but in gentle way.
Using this DVD wasn't easy, the menu was too fussy, filled with moving pictures and videos so I couldn't exactly see the buttons to click on for a fitness programme.
For potential buyers, if you like to use a workout DVD that you find motivating and break out in sweat, I'd suggest you not to purchase this DVD as it would be a waste of money and time. I'd stick with Davina McCall. :D
