This DVD contains the 10 best fitness DVD's out. Now how would I know this? My mum has it. hahaha.
Anyway, this DVD contains excellent exercises that will keep you fit and up to scratch. It is not too hard work but you will have to be commited to put the effort in to become fitter and healthier. There are lots of things you can do such as stretches. Yoy can learn how to properly stretch your muscles and keep them toned and healthy. Also there is a yoga type thing that you can do. This will keep you focused on what it is you are doing and keeps you relaxed and calm. I would recomment this to anyone who is wanting to become healthyier and fitter. It is also a great way of keeping busy and it keeps you healthy for it. A good buy.
