20. SUNSET GRILL
This is one of Don Henley solo tracks but fits in nicely in an Eagles concert. A typical Eagles sound which will not disappoint. 10/10

Very apt for a Joe Walsh track… he certainly adds his own unique sense of humour to this song. 9/10
2. DIRTY LAUNDRY
Another Don Henley solo track, this displays the band's versatility where they all contribute to the song. Very rocky stuff. 10/10
3. FUNK "49
Not really my favourite track on the DVD. A bit indescribable. 6/10
4. HEARTACHE TONIGHT
This song has a really good beat to it. Glen Frey proves he can still rock! 10/10

...I have tried a number of workout dvd's in the past and this is the best one I have used so far.

The 10 minute workout - which includes leg, bottom and toning exercises and is what I would recommend starting off with if you are like I was and need to build your fitness slowly.
The 20 minute workout - This is a aerobic dance workout which also includes floor work and body toning exercises. Once you start finding the 10 minute workout bearable this is quite a step up and will really begin to make you sweat lol

...This DVD is a great DVD, I have used many fitnessDVD`s and the first 10 miniutes was so quick and fun it felt nothing like a work out.
The DVD is split into diffrent sections.
- The Warm Up - You do the basic dance moves and just streatch out get your heart rate up ect... this last 10 miniutes and may I point out now It is best to watch the DVD through first the moves are not tought to you as other reviewers have pointed out.
- The next section is a main fitness doing many dance moves learning basic Salsa ect... this section lasts about 20 miniutes.
- Then we go onto the Bums & Tums and it is egsactly what it says a range of exersizes that are targeted at your Tummy && Bum again lasting about 20 miniutes.
- Then the cool down lasting 10 miniutes just a cool down really streching off a few more little exersizes.

...Pump it up High Energy is a workout by Ministry of sound.
The workout is dance aerobics.
It's the third workout in the pump it up series.
The dvd features professional dancers and Fiona Fagan , an Irish dancer who has danced for Steps and Kylie Minouge to name a few.
The workout included a 'Warm it up' section , a 'Burn it up' section , a dance section , 'tone it up' and a cooldown.
The warm up lasts for 5 mins , Burnt it up is 20 minutes , tone it up is 15 minutes , 20 minutes of dance it up and a 5 minute cool down!
The aim of the work out is to get you burning as many calories as you can!
The workout is high impact , and I would only reccommend it if you are already fit , as it really makes you out of puff! It is very challenging.
The routines are hard to pick up so it's best to watch it first before trying it out.On the dvd...
