10 Best Fitness (DVD)

Advantages: keeps you fit and healthy.
Disadvantages: the price.

...This DVD contains the 10 best fitness DVD's out. Now how would I know this? My mum has it. hahaha. Anyway, this DVD contains excellent exercises that will keep you fit and up to scratch. It is not too hard work but you will have to be commited to put the effort in to become fitter and healthier. There are lots of things you can do such as stretches. Yoy can learn how to properly stretch your muscles and keep them toned and healthy. Also there is a yoga type thing that you can do. This will keep you focused on what it is you are doing and keeps you relaxed and calm. I would recomment this to anyone who is wanting to become healthyier and fitter. It is also a great way of keeping busy and it keeps you healthy for it. A good buy.... Read review

Advantages: Too easy, and I mean, too easy.
Disadvantages: Dull and unmovitating.

...My mother purchased this DVD for me a couple of years ago, as she knew that I like using fitness DVDs. I have to say, I particularly didn't like this DVD, even though it has ten different fitness programmes in one. Some of the programmes were quite old, they looked like they were set in the 70s because of the camera format, the lycra suits and big hair. I didn't break out a sweat while working out with this DVD, it wasn't challenging enough for me, and dare I say, too easy. I found the programmes dull and not motivating enough. However, the programmes would be great for those who prefer to do gentle exercise or new mums who gave birth recently and want to get in shape, but in gentle way. Using this DVD wasn't easy, the menu was too fussy, filled with moving pictures and videos so I couldn't exactly see the buttons to click... Read review

Advantages: There are many good films to see them in.
Disadvantages: In a list of ten.... you can only pick ten.

...as well, Gran Torino, a good film with a typical Clint Eastwood part, not bad for a 78 year old. Clint has also had a successful directing career as well, directing some of his own movies as well as others such as Bird (story of Charlie "Bird" Parker) and Mystic River. I do have a favorite Clint Eastwood movie although i love them all. The film "Outlaw Josey Wales" sticks out the most because it has so much things going on in it. Well that is my 10 best actors and although there are so many more good actors out there, which other people prefer, i have had the time to consider and choose my selection carefully.... Read review
