Advantages: John Cusack, Hilary duff Disadvantages: Turaqistan doesn't exist
...A great political satire set in the fictional state of Turaqistan. After starting wars all over the world for commercial interests, including it's own Alaska, the US starts on Turaqistan. The first war ever to be fought entirely by outsourcing. The war is effectively fought by a commercial company, interested in one thing. Making huge amounts of money rebuilding it. Sounds familiar? A hitman is sent in by the company (John Cusack) to kill the head of the rebels, posing as a commercial exhibition director. A good performance as always by John Cusack, a classicly funny though small part for Dan Aykroyd, looking a little old these days as the ex US Vice-President, another hilarious accent form Ben Kingsley and an incredibly sexy performance by Hilary Duff as a nieve but outrageous popstar, really help to bring this film together. Well worth...

Advantages: Hillarious Disadvantages: Only 13 episodes
...For any Simpsons fan with a DVD player, this boxset is of course a must! It contains the first 13 episodes ever made of the Simpsons, and since then there have been around 300 episodes! These episodes were first shown on British TV back in the early 90s, and there is a noticeable difference between these and future episodes that are on TV now. The animation is not so crisp, and Homer has a different voice (From Season 2 onwards it was officially changed so he would sound more stupid!) This of course, does not hide the pure hillarity of every episode, and gives a taster of just what all the Simpsons hype of the past decade is all about.
As well as the episodes, there are some great extras, including commercials featuring characters from the Simpsons and commentary on every episode from the creator.
Overall, this DVD is a must buy...
